Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling different parts of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials made public as part of the continuing investigative process.
